About Video Quality Control. . .
When first deciding to make these recorded and video workshops, we had a decision to make: produce them professionally at a very high cost or produce them ourselves at lower cost. Because our goal was to disseminate as much play therapy information as possible to mental health professionals with limited budgets, we decided on the latter. Each webinar recording or video workshop is 2 to 6 hours long, yet we’ve been able to keep the costs at or under $150. The “trade-off” for this is a slight decrease in video quality and rough cuts and transitions. Many of our videos are recordings of our live webinars and therefore provide an experience similar to the webinars without the ability to interact with the speaker. Viewers have consistently commented that the quality of information on them is top-notch.
About Continuing Education Credits. . .
The Play Therapy Training Institute is a an Approved Provider for The Association for Play Therapy (APT Approved Provider 95-002). NON-CONTACT CE credits can be earned via these video/webinar recording workshops. Play Therapy credit may not be awarded to non-mental health professionals. To obtain CE credits, you must complete all aspects of each course and receive an 80% or higher on all quizzes or tests. After submitting your exam and completing a brief survey, you will receive documentation of CE credits. If you have additional questions about CE credits please contact us at ptti@mac.com

Certificate Program - Core Courses
Through our Certificate Program, our goal is to offer a comprehensive training program intended to offer classes in a wide range of disciplines within Play Therapy. We want to offer professionals ways to enhance their knowledge and existing skillsets in order to bring new ideas and techniques to their practice.
One part of our Certificate Program is our list of mandatory courses - what we call our "Core Courses." These classes can be taken at any time and in any order. They all count towards non-Contact CE credits. Below are our 8 mandatory Core Courses.
